IMPORTANT – PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE ACCESSING, USING, OR PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. THESE TERMS FORM A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SNVA INC.

Your use of https://www.shennongvita.com, including any sub-domains, affiliated websites, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Website”), owned and operated by SNVA INC., is governed by the terms, conditions, and policies outlined below. By accessing, using, or placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the Website.

Unauthorized use, including collecting user data for unsolicited communications or unauthorized linking to the Website, will be investigated, and SNVA reserves the right to pursue civil, criminal, or injunctive remedies.

3. Products for Personal Use Only

Products purchased from the Website are for personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling SNVA products on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace, is strictly prohibited. SNVA reserves the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or dealers.

4. Product Information and Disclaimer

All product information is provided for general informational purposes only. SNVA products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Always consult a healthcare professional before using any product.

We strive to provide accurate product details, but we do not guarantee that all content on our Website is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

5. Modifications to Website or Services

SNVA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any part thereof without prior notice. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from such changes. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online, subject to limited quantities and our return or refund policies.

6. Order Placement and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance by SNVA. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. SNVA may request additional information to verify or process your order.

7. Shipping

Shipping is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SNVA is not liable for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. If you need to make changes to your order before it ships, contact us at shennongvita@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier, with or without a signature, constitutes proof of delivery to the cardholder. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. SNVA is not responsible for resolving disputes related to carrier-confirmed deliveries.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy:

• Unopened items: Refunds accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Opened items: Refunds accepted within 30 days if used for 22 days as directed and with participation in at least 3 Community Wellness Check-ins.

10. Refused Packages

If you refuse a package due to visible damage, SNVA will cover return shipping costs and processing fees. Upon receipt of the damaged package at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund (including shipping fees) or reship a replacement at no additional cost.

For packages refused for reasons other than damage, you may be eligible for a refund upon our receipt of the package, less applicable shipping fees. To avoid complications, we recommend accepting the package and contacting Customer Support to arrange a return.

Refused packages that do not reach our warehouse cannot be refunded. All returns must use a return label provided by our Customer Support team.

11. Social Media and User-Generated Content

This section applies to interactions with SNVA’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, or others (collectively, “Social Media Presence”). These platforms are not controlled by SNVA and have their own privacy policies and terms of use, for which we are not responsible.

By sharing content on our Social Media Presence, you grant SNVA a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish such content (e.g., reviews, testimonials, images) for promotional purposes. You confirm that you own the rights to any shared content. SNVA reserves the right to moderate or remove comments that violate our standards, including offensive or misleading content.

12. Third-Party Links

The Website may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. SNVA does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, products, services, or practices of these websites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk, and their terms and policies apply. Direct any complaints or inquiries about third-party websites to the respective third party. SNVA is not liable for disputes arising from third-party interactions.

13. Testimonials and Submissions

Any content you submit to the Website or provide to SNVA, including but not limited to reviews, testimonials, photos, suggestions, or comments (collectively, “Submissions”), is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting content, you grant SNVA a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, distribute, display, adapt, and create derivative works from such Submissions. We may edit submissions for clarity or appropriateness without obligation to compensate you.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and SNVA, superseding any prior agreements or communications. If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain valid.
