Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Confirmation: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS with your order number and tracking details.

Transit time starts from the shipment date and does not include order processing time.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): All duties, taxes, and customs fees are prepaid.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your package in real time.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- For most destinations, duties and taxes are prepaid under our DDP service. No extra fees upon delivery.
- For regions not covered by DDP, local taxes or import fees may apply. We’ll inform you before shipping.
Delays & Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, or extreme weather.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Email shennongvita@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
