Return & Refund
At ShenNong Vita (SNVA), your wellness journey and satisfaction matter to us. We understand that herbal supplements may work differently for everyone, and we want to ensure you feel confident in trying our products.
Unopened Products – 7-Day Easy Return
If you change your mind and the product is unopened and unused, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please contact us at shennongvita@gmail.com with your order number.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the product.
- A refund will be issued once the returned product is received and verified.
Opened Products – 30-Day Conditional Refund
If you have opened the product but are not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that both of the following conditions are met:
✅ You have:
- Participated in at least 3 Community Wellness Check-ins, which are available via our official website or social media platforms. These sessions are designed to help guide your experience and provide wellness support.
- Taken the supplement consistently for at least 22 days, following the recommended daily dosage , and still feel that the product has not worked for you.
📩 To request a refund:
- Email shennongvita@gmail.com with your order number, brief usage summary, and proof of participation in the check-ins.
- Once verified, we’ll process your refund or offer an alternative solution if appropriate.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions & Notes
- We cover return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
- Returns or refunds requested outside the 7-day (unopened) or 30-day (opened) window cannot be accepted.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or show signs of abuse.
